Analog Delay
An analog delay designed to do everything you love about classic echoes, and everything you didn't know an analog delay could do.
At its core are two bucket brigade chips delivering warm, rich, musical repeats with unmistakable character.
But behind that analog path is a smart control system, a digital engine that lets you bend time, shift pitch, and move your sound in ways no vintage circuit ever could.
Controls:
- TIME - Adjusts the delay time from 50ms up to 600ms of pristine analog repeats
- MIX - Controls the wet/dry balance, blending your untouched original guitar tone with the delay repeats.
- REPEATS - Sets the feedback amount, determining how many times the delay echoes before fading out.
- TONE - A unique dual-path tilt filter. Set at 12 o'clock, the tone is flat. Turn left for traditional dark, smooth low-pass repeats; turn right for noisy, gritty high-pass echoes.
- ACTIVITY - Function changes by mode. It adjusts the speed/rate of the modulation LFO (Classic/Lo-Fi) or selects rhythmic subdivisions for pitch changes (Pitch).
- DEPTH - Function changes by mode. It adjusts the intensity of the modulation LFO (Classic/Lo-Fi) or selects specific pitch-shifting intervals (Pitch).
Toggle Switches:
MODE SWITCH - Changes the underlying delay architecture.
CLASSIC MODE: Smooth, familiar and timeless.
- DEPTH sets how deep it goes.
- ACTIVITY sets how fast it moves.
LO-FI MODE: Think tape warble + tone modulation.
- DEPTH sets delay time warbles while tone always modulate from bright to dark.
- ACTIVITY sets how often delay time warbles and tone modulation.
PITCH MODE: Harmony in motion. A creative partner.
- DEPTH selects between 9 pitch options including 2 note pitches and a random.
- ACTIVITY selects the subdivision it will pitch up and down. Always synced to the delay time.
PERFORMANCE SWITCH - Assigns how the right footswitch acts.
2X: Jump an octave in a heartbeat and land where the echo takes you.
- TAP or HOLD to double the delay speed.
- Also shifts the feedback line up or down one octave
- Holding returns to normal when released ideal for quick pitch tricks.
TAP: Set your tempo or shift it mid-flight.
- TAP to set delay time
- HOLD + TURN ACTIVITY to select tap division.
MOD: Drop into modulation. Or pull out clean. Your call.
- TAP or HOLD to toggle modulation on/off – momentary or latches
- Use it like a mod preset: keep your base delay clean, then engage your dialed-in modulation when needed
- Especially dramatic in PITCH MODE, where mod ON/OFF flips the entire sonic mood
